Dividend Policy

• Approximately 50% of the net income on a separate financial statement basis, excluding one-off nonrecurring gains.

Treasury Share Retirement Plan

• To enhance corporate value, the Company plans to retire a total of 5% of the current issued shares in equal portions over five years (2025-2029).
• 1% of the total shares issued each year (136,355 shares) will be retired annually
• The size and timing of treasury share retirement will be finalized each year through a resolution of the Board of Directors, taking into account market conditions.
