Youngone is pleased to announce that the first group of 48 managers in Vietnam graduated from the company’s new LEAP Program (Leaders Executives Accelerating Program) in December.
To support Youngone’s long-term commitment to continued growth, investment and development, the company’s objective is to identify and develop high potential individuals for leadership roles in Vietnam.
LEAP is designed to develop a wide range of skills, including problem solving, teamwork, leadership, communication and above all, an eagerness to grow and learn. Participants were selected from the company’s factories in Nam Dinh, Bac Giang and Hung Yen.
General Director of Youngone, Nam Dinh, Mr. JS Park said, “I am very proud of each and every graduate. It takes an enormous amount of hard work and dedication to complete this two-year program in addition to their regular full-time jobs. However, I’m confident that their efforts will not only benefit each individual, but also the colleagues they work with and the company as a whole.”
