Training and development has been at the forefront in recent months at Youngone. In order to help accelerate the roll-out of essential training programs, such as ‘Media and Social Media Policies’, we have introduced a new initiative to train staff to become trainers.
This not only helps to speed up the introduction of training programs, it also provides our staff with opportunities for personal and professional development.
