Youngone’s factory in India (Evertop Textile & Apparel Complex Private Limited), recently organized a plantation drive for employees during the International Women’s Day celebrations. The objective was to promote environmental awareness, enhance green cover within the premises, and encourage employees to actively participate in sustainable practices.
Employees helped plant a variety of saplings across designated areas within the company grounds, including a mix of shade trees, flowering plants, and native species, which contribute to improving air quality, enhancing biodiversity, and creating a healthier and greener workplace environment.
The management team encourages employees to take ownership of the plants and support their growth through regular care and maintenance. This collective effort reflects the organization’s broader vision of fostering environmental stewardship and sustainable development for the benefit of the whole community.
